FamilyGether

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FamilyGether. By creating an account or joining a family, you agree to them. Questions: support@familygether.com.

Using FamilyGether

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. A parent or guardian must create and manage access for children.

Family spaces and content

You retain ownership of content you add. You give FamilyGether the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to your authorized family.

Kin AI-assisted features

Optional local Kin AI can help interpret requests and draft content on compatible devices. A parent reviews and confirms an action before it is saved. Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for safety, medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, access another family without authorization, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use FamilyGether to harm, exploit, or monitor another person improperly.

Subscriptions and availability

Some features may require a paid plan after any stated trial. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms. Pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your store account settings. Features may change as the product improves, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and responsibility

FamilyGether supports family organization but does not replace parental supervision, professional advice, or emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here.

Ending use

You may stop using FamilyGether at any time and may delete your adult account in Settings. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. Support: support@familygether.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes. These terms are provided by Seven North IT. Questions: support@familygether.com.
